  I am surprised to see some of these bad reviews.
  I have now had my Getz serviced at DVG Melville twice. It is really out of the way for me but because of the great customer service last time i decided to return. Before this i used to get my service at John Hughes however i got really sick of how bad you are treated there.
  
  Once again i had a great experience at DVG. In reality all you really need is for your car to be serviced and given back to you. But at DVG they seem to place a huge emphasis on customer service. When they take you to your car after your service they spend a lot of time making sure you are happy and telling you to just give them a call if there are any issues. When i drop my car in i am never waiting for someone to see me and the day after the service i get a follow up call to make sure i am happy with the service.
  
  Nothing else i have ever paid for has ever given me this sort of customer satisfaction. It is more often the other way round (poor customer satisfaction), and this is the reason i have decided to write this review. I have never written a review before but other than repeat business it is the only way i can encourage this type of thing.
